There is always a need to get the most detailed information from the data base. Often, business-critical information is not always available in applications, and therefore increases the workload of the employee by having to search for data. Extended Search is designed to solve precisely this challenge.
With Extended Search you have the opportunity to expand your search directly in the messages. It is with that possible to find specific information from the message, which often simplifies the data base. With simple search criteria you find such as measuring point ID, transaction reference, meter number, etc. You can also search by order number, invoice number, packing slip and more, depending on what you want to find.
By searching for order number, Extended Search is looking up at the same time the corresponding invoice, which has relation to the order. The same applies for example on search for the target point ID, that will be able to return MSCONS, PRODAT, UTILTS and APERAK where the measurement point ID occurs.
Expand search options in ECxgate with Extended Search.
The criteria is specified by the user, and these are implemented easily within the module. All information is processed so that search results are quickly visible in their own log.
